Hi this is Mariana! I am an Immigration attorney and certified real estate agent in Mérida, Yucatán, I am a yucatecan born and raised, coffee, travel and running lover and I love hearing stories from people that have chosen Yucatan as their new home. I also love running and love that merida has come a great coffee and runner community.

I can think of two bad ideas, one is that when we changed to be a relocation law firm i wanted to do everything, from immigration, real estate to taking people to the bank, tours, and the fact is that YOU cant do everything and do it well, ive learned to rely on friends and business partners and specialize in two things and do my best in those.

And my other bad idea was that I decided that I was going to try to be independent and move out when the pandemic started, i moved to a 4 bedroom house, got covid, was alone all the time, LOL I HATED IT, it was like the worst time to move out, but what I learned was that I appreciated being with my family, that theres a charm in solitude and that I hate big houses hahaha.
